Anti Roll Bars

We specialise in designing, making and testing ARB’s to give specific stiffness rates. Our ARB’s have been fitted to circuit racing, rally, sprint, hill-climb and track-day cars from historic to present day cars. They have been used successfully in BTCC, national championships and club championships.

We have a digital test rig to measure exact ARB stiffness rates.

We can either make you a special one-off or supply one from our (constantly growing) standard range. We supply 3 main types of ARB;

Blade ARB’s (inc in-car adjustable)

Our blade ARB systems are made in-house to our own design and can be supplied as parts or as finished bars built to give a specific range of stiffness values.

Our blades are made from high grade spring steel, heat treated, shot peened, vibro-polished and electroplated. The bar is made from T45 and all parts are TIG welded.

Bars can be made to a supplied pattern, to a drawing or with the car in our workshop (preferred). Costs indicated below may vary depending on the complexity of the tube bending needed to fit the bar.

Costs include 2 adjustable drop links with quality rod ends and mounting blocks.

We make and supply in-car ARB cable adjuster systems.

Cost:       Single blade bar (from)               £550 (+ VAT)

Twin blade bar (from)                 £750 (+ VAT)

Cable adjuster system (from)     £220 (+ VAT)

Bolt on adjustment

Our Bolt-on bars are designed and built with (usually) 3 to 5 separate bolting holes each side to give a range of stiffness values.

Bars are made from T45 and all parts are TIG welded.

Costs include 2 adjustable drop links with quality rod ends and mounting blocks.

Cost:       (from) £300 (+ VAT)

Sliding saddle adjustment

Our Sliding Saddle bars are made from TIG welded T45 with the drop link attaching to a sliding aluminium saddle that can be moved along each ARB arm to change the stiffness rate (in normal use the saddle is locked to prevent movement).

Costs include 2 adjustable drop links with quality rod ends and mounting blocks.

Cost:       (from) £325 (+ VAT)
