Our work is based around Race car dynamics.
We measure the essential parameters of a chassis and can calculate suitable “target” settings for spring rates, Anti-Roll Bar rates, Damping rates as well as analysing the kinematics and looking at wheel geometry.
The facilities we have reflect this work (Spring rates testers, a Damper dynamometer, corner weight scales, ARB rate tests rigs etc) but go beyond to look in greater depth (for example) at damping with a Quarter Car shaker rig.
Since much of our analysis work identifies the need for changes to car set up parameters we are able to design and fabricate specific rate ARBs using our CNC bender and design software. We can design and machine components with our CNC milling and turning facility. We can fabricate in our fabrication shop.
